Already an avid fan of triathlons during school, Beals competed as a runner and triathlete from high school into college. He hit the ground running in the professional scene with his 6x podium finishes between 2014 and 2015, and he received his first win at the IRONMAN 70.3 in Eagleman in 2015.
The 30-year-old Collington was born in Florida, started swimming when he was four years old, and joined the triathlon club his freshman year at the University of Florida. Collington is the 2007 USAT Collegiate National Champion with top-10 finishes in the 2007 Pan American Cup events in Kelowna, Longmont, Geneva and Rincon the same year. He also won the 2013 US Pro Championship.
Having one of the most daunting race schedules, Collington is a fierce triathlete. He clinched his first ITU win at the Challenge Williamsburg 70.3 in 2015, and had podium finishes at the Monterey, Mexico 70.3, Vineman Triathlon, Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon, and the Punta del Este, Uruguay 70.3.
Baucco has always had a passion for teaching others and for being a competitive triathlete. Following his degree and teaching license, he became a coach to combine his passions. He is a seasoned coach and professional triathlete who won the Cleveland Triathlon in 2015.
A long-time competitive swimmer, Brandon is an up-and-coming triathlete with a competitive swim background who just recently went pro. She took her first podium spot at the IRONMAN Calgary 70.3 in 2015.
Always an enthusiastic athlete in all pursuits, Daerr found his love of triathlons through luck by entering a competition with a friend in college. He is a philanthropic coach with multiple podium finishes and a win at IRONMAN Boulder in 2014.
Previously in competitive rowing, Close brought his coaching expertise over to the world of triathlons when he entered the professional scene in 2005 with his first triathlon. Since then, he has been hooked. He represented the U.S. at World Championships three times, earning a silver medal in 2007 and a world title in 2008.
